Choosing what to watch on Netflix can sometimes be a little tricky. With so many options and the applications unique way of rating and recommending content for its users, it can be challenging to select something that will give us pleasure in watching. In this case study I dive deep into understanding why choosing what to watch can be a difficult task and what can be done to help the viewers find content quickly and correctly.
In this case study I explore a mobile application dedicated to helping pet owners recover their pets when they've become lost. I explore why this this is an issue, what the current apps do and how we can enhance the experience to prevent the problem from happening in the first place.
